If you go to http://www.glutenfreeforum.com there are tons of recipes. It's great message board with lots of support, recipes, product reviews, etc.

Well I don't have one for regular chocolate chips, but there is a really good peanut better one, that with a bit of flavored extracts (I used orange) you can't really taste the peanut butter. This would be great if your not allergic to peanuts. It is a really simple recipe.
1 cup any type of peanut butter
1 cup granulated white sugar (brown sugar makes it crunchy)
1 egg
1/2-1 cup chocolate chips
Bake in a preheated oven at 375F for 15-20 minutes
