If he is such a good trainer ask him to explain it to you, not just say it is good for you and you will lose weight, but WHY?

Some people have a problem digesting gluten (hence all the gluten free labels on various food items) and I would guess that having that digestive problem would make you retain weight

Gluten free products are specially designed for people who are on these kinds of diets, and the results are usually quite good. My sister hasnt eaten gluten products for a year now, and has lost rather a lot of weight

I lost my "winter pounds" by cutting down on bread and potatoes, biscuits, cakes and i lost approx a stone, so yes it works for me.
