I made a Health folder available (through my Yahoo Briefcase) for anyone wanting to download some good stuff on health and nutrition (e.g. free radicals, antioxidants, phytonutrients, synthetic vitamins, etc). I did this simply because people don't know who or what to believe anymore and needed something of real integrity. In other words, studies which are placebo-controlled, double-blind, cross-over, peer-reviewed and then published in a prestigous medical or neutriceutical journal (e.g. Baylor College of Medicine, Georgetown University, American College of Cardiology, etc.), http://briefcase.yahoo.com/apuzyr
